1. Order Confirmation and Payment

All products are available strictly against 100% full payment. Orders will be processed and confirmed only upon receipt of the 100% advance payment. No product shall be dispatched without complete payment of the order value.

2. Product Availability

Products are delivered based on the availability of the booked model or a successor model if the original model is unavailable. Orders are fulfilled on a “first come, first served” basis, and deliveries are subject to stock availability at the time of dispatch.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

Once the payment is confirmed, Nirmal Distributors will process your order and aim to dispatch it within the estimated timeline. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed. Built-in products take 30 to 45 days to deliver due to customization and installation, while Free Standing products are available for delivery in about 7 days.

4. Delivery Areas

We provide shipping services within specific areas as defined by Nirmal Distributors. Shipping outside of these regions may not be available or may incur additional costs.

5. Changes in Product Specifications

Nirmal Distributors reserves the right to substitute the ordered product with a similar or successor model if the booked model is unavailable. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to dispatch.

6. Force Majeure

Nirmal Distributors is not liable for any delays in product delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or government regulations.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and contact details. Any errors leading to failed delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
